How do you protect patient data and stay compliant?

We operate on secure, U.S.-based platforms with encrypted messaging and access controls. For U.S. clients, we follow HIPAA-compliant processes and can provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on request.

Will this affect how our current staff works or answers the phone?

Do we have control over the platform or is it managed for us?
