Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by SI LEVELS (“we,” “our,” or “the Agency”), the client (“you” or “Client”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your use of our marketing, automation, and support services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with our services.

Scope of Services

SI LEVELS provides digital marketing, automation, and patient engagement services tailored for dental practices, including but not limited to website design, SEO, CRM setup, campaign automation, messaging tools, call tracking, and AI assistants. All services are provided as outlined in the selected service plan (Starter, Growth, or Elite). Additional custom services are subject to separate agreements and fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information, branding materials, and timely approvals necessary for service execution. Failure to provide required materials or cooperation may result in delays, reduced effectiveness, or termination of service. You are also responsible for reviewing and complying with all relevant regulations applicable to your industry, including HIPAA, if applicable.

Payment Terms

All services are prepaid. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Delinquent accounts may be suspended after 5 days of non-payment. Late fees may apply. SI LEVELS reserves the right to charge for any third-party tools or licenses used to fulfill services.

Intellectual Property

All tools, frameworks, copy, automation flows, websites, and campaign structures developed by SI LEVELS remain the intellectual property of the Agency unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the deliverables during an active engagement. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Service Modifications & Platform Dependency

While we ensure continuity and integration, SI LEVELS is not responsible for outages, feature changes, or limitations caused by third-party services. We reserve the right to change, upgrade, or discontinue parts of our service to maintain quality.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, such as patient acquisition or increased revenue. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including market competition, internal clinic operations, and patient behavior. SI LEVELS commits to best practices, data analysis, and strategy adjustments, but results are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business, patient, and operational information exchanged during the course of the agreement. This clause survives the termination of this agreement

Termination

Clients may cancel services with a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be issued for prior payments. SI LEVELS may suspend or terminate service if payment is not received, if the client breaches this agreement, or if the client engages in conduct that damages the Agency’s reputation or platform compliance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SI LEVELS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State in which SI LEVELS is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts located in our principal place of business.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
